I went to 10Gym this morning to inquire about their facility and membership plans. I was greeted by a young and pleasant girl however, the manager who sat down to talk to me was abrupt and rude. She was not personable at all. She regurgitated some sales pitch about their membership, using some laminated sheet. When I asked her to tell me about the gym she replied "what do you want to know about it?" NO people skills at all.
