Been going here for 8 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the daycare ladies are the best, and 10-Gym is always changing to make things better. No other gym will do. Especially for the price,- super affordable!

I love 10 gym. The instructors are amazing. Dianna Brown and Melinda Hunley really take time to show correct form and push you to the extreme! The friendships that have formed there keep you encouraged. Such a fun place to work out I cant imagine being anywhere else! Love my gym peeps!
