RecommendedTerrific water aerobics/workout teachers! They're positive, encouraging, funny and have great music. Each instructor has her own workout plan so there's something for everyone
RecommendedI love 10 Gym, especially the group classes! I've learned a lot, been encouraged to push beyond my comfort zone and watched my body change! I've also developed new friendships with my fellow workout gals. The instructors are passionate about helping people become stronger and healthier. Thank you Dianna Brown and Melinda Hunley for being my 5:30 a.m. motivators! I wouldn't get up that early for just anyone. :)

RecommendedI have been attending the early morning boot camp and pump classes for about 6 months now. I absolutely love the instructors, Dianna and Melinda! They are so kind, yet motivating and push you to your limit. They definitely make it easier to get out of bed ;) I recommend!
RecommendedThe class that I MOST recommend for anyone is Erin’s yoga class! I love her class and especially for someone one who is disabled from the military she makes sure accomidate. Love it!
