Excellent Service – On time and great service. I would recommend this company to friends. Santos Garcia was my tech and he was great! On time answered all my questions, was neat and efficient! I felt confident that he would take care of all my a/c issues. I was impressed by Erica also. Great service, completed in a timely manner. – I called All Air at approximately 7:30 am and within an hour and a half, Technician Richard Hamilton arrived at my door. Richard immediately detected the problem with my a/c, explained my options to me, gave me a price, and within a half hour to forty-five minutes he was completed with my a/c repair. great competent helpful service – Called All Air because of an emergency on a Sunday. Service man Chris was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem. He was quick, articulate and corrected a number of problems with dispatch. I would recommend him without reservation.
Air Conditioning – We moved to Homestead in 2004 from France. Without a doubt All Air of South Dade is by a very wide margin the best, most thorough, straight forward and honest contractor of any kind we have delt with. We found them in the yellow pages when our aircondition when on the fritz shortly after we arrived. They nursed that old unit through four years until it compressor finally gave up. Bad experience. BEWARE – I had high expectations of this contractor based on their initial customer service and quick response after my a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the night. The 2 techs were at my home that morning. That is when it all went downhill quick. they diagnosed my problem quickly, but would not give me a price for the repair. Then they tried to sell me two grand worth of a/c refurb and coil cleanings I did not need. When they finally gave me a price for the repair it was so ridiculously overpriced I decli... read more
these guys saved me a lot of money in drywll costs – I had a water leak from my air handler that was up in my attic, if they had not came out so fast I would have had major ceiling damage. Very reasonable as well, thought they would stick it to me on a Sunday but they were very fair, thanks All Air
Excellent service – No matter what time of the day or night, the phones are manned and service is scheduled and adhered to with extreme professionalism.
TOP A+ – Something was wrong with my Air Conditioner. I found the All Air of South Dade company in the Yellow Pages and called them: very nice staff, polite and an appointment was made for the next day. The Technicians arrived exactly at the time they had told me they would (which is already very impressive!) and when they were at my house they spent sincere time repairing what was amiss with the air conditioner.(and resetting it, which was a tedious job too!)
