Great Service! – I was impressed with the service I received today from All Air company. Santos and Charles not only knew what they were doing, they took their time to explain me the problems my aircondition was having. They were easy to understand and took there time in their work. Best A/C People of South Dade – We called All Air and the next day Mike came out and gave us an estimate. Told us what was wrong with what we had and how we could fix it. Next day he e-mailed us a proposal with several options we sent it back and within 48 hrs they were installing our unit. Van, our lead installer hooked everything up in a few hours and I couldn't tell anybody was doing work at my home( they are so clean). I would definitley recomend them to any who ask. They deserve 6 stars in my opinion. Thanks All Air!
Most excellent customer service – Today, we had a 5 ton a/c unit, air handler and new thermostat installed by All Air. There are no nicer, more helpful people on planet Earth. Mike gave us some options, we chose the one most suitable for us and signed on the dotted line with a 50% down, on the spot. When the installers (Adam and Jesus) arrived this morning, I was very impressed. They were neat, clean, polite, quiet and personable. BEWARE. WILL RIP YOU OFF!! – Our AC system was freezing up at night. We suspected we had a refrigerant leak and called All Air to come out and check the system. They were very pleasant on the phone and in person and acted very professionally. HOWEVER, the first time Chris came out, he told us that the system had to be completely refurbished for $1600. Good Experience – We had another A/C company install a new 5 ton unit for us a year ago and it has never worked properly. The other company came out 6 times in a year and could never fix the problem. All Air sent out Santos and Jeff who diagnosed a couple of problems right away. Also David and Adam were out later to follow up on the problems identified. All the technicians were outstanding!! Excellent! – Excellent service. Richard was on time, thorough and very honest. He found the problem with my AC and helped me install new digital thermostats. He did a great job!
New A/C installation – I have used All Air in the past for my home and condo, so when my 15 year old AC dies at the condo I called them for a price quotation to install a new system. I was provided with several options and Mike explained the advantages of each system. I chose the one that made the best sense. Then - I called 12 other companies in the Miami/Homestead area. Exellent, just the best – This is the continuation of previous review on the service techs and Erica. Today was the big day, finally fresh air in this hot Florida.
