Excellent Service – I'm very pleased with the work done and the technician, Richard Hamilton. He explained everything as he was looking over the A/C before he did the tune-up. I also had the condenser refurbished and had him install a float switch on the inside air handler. Very good experience.
Extremely Prompt & Professional – Santos G. performed a A/C Maintenance & Safety Check the same morning I made the appointment! Very professional and knowledgable. He cleaned out the overflow pan & air handler and blew out the drain line. He also checked the freon pressure and gave me a written estimate on a critical part that was showing wear and also suggested two items that could extend the life of the compressor.
Well run, great service, pricing, and repairmen. – Mike from Air Extraordinaire installed a new reverse cycle air conditioner ( we thought! ) not very long ago. When it got cold last winter I couldn't get the heater to work so I called him and he swore it had a heater and he said that he would come out and show me. The top A/C Repair Company in South Florida – I had an excellent experience with these guys. They were very meticulous in their details of my problem and what they were going to do to solve it. They were professional, friendly, and they worked fast. Chris diganosed the problem and got my house cooling for the short term, then Richard and Jaun did the major repair in less time than estimated. Air conditioning is an important investment and I feel I made the right choice in choosing All Air.

On 02/02/11 our AC unit started tripping the breaker for the condenser. A visit by All Air of South Dade determined the condenser grounded and needed to be replaced. On 02/03/11 it was replaced with a notation the TXV may need to be replaced if the system freezes up. In order to prevent any further problems we decided to have the TXV replaced as recommended.
