I had some concerns with our experience with Dr. Lu. During my child’s routine check-ups, X-rays were taken quite frequently—almost at every visit—without clear explanation or prior discussion. As a parent, this made me quite uncomfortable, as I would expect to be informed about the necessity and frequency beforehand. I also feel communication around treatment could be improved. The premises is dirty and run down. This could be an indicator of the overall level of care and effort put in by this business. Although the suites were clean, the paint was peeling off the windows and the glasses i was given to put on were dirty with dried-up waste from the previous patients. I went for a clean and this was rushed and not done properly.
