We tried purchasing a condo through this realtor. The listing price of the condo was 229k. We offered 235K and after verbal agreement, 3 requests from her end in purchase agreement changes, she came back that her client after days of going back and forth said no. It seems this real estate is listed but not really for sale. Look into the difference of how foreign realtors do business.
