일단 위치를 너무 잘잡았다 내방은 122호였는데 Beringer 와이너리 뷰였고 내 일행중 또 다른 방은 3으로 시작하는 객실은 포도밭 뷰 일단 나파벨리의 관광객들은 와이너리 투어가 목적이니 포도밭 뷰에서 잠잘수있다는게 큰 추억이 된다 내방은 야외테라스에서 욕조에 몸을 담그고 불멍할수있는 너무 그모든 분위기가 평화롭고 지금계절은 늦가을이라 상쾌한 공기가 너무 좋았다. 하지만 조식은 조금 개선할 필요가있다 하루전 묵은 안다즈 나파와 비교한다면 물론 안다즈도 너무 좋은호텔 이지만 알릴라는 하얏트 최상의 브랜드 호텔이고 그 두호텔의 가격차이를 비교해본다면 조식의 만족도는 안다즈가 훨씬 메뉴구성 도 좋고 건강쥬스.아침먹는 조식식당의 분위기 또 결정적으로 안다즈는 3명의 직원들이 발빠르게 고객의 니즈대로 바로 응대를 하고 움직이는데 알릴라 는 물론 친절한 두명의 직원들로 모든 고객을 응대하기엔 역부족이였다 나는 이른조식을 먹어서 그나마 응대가 바로되었지만 오전9시20분에 조식을 먹으러간 내 일행은 조식주문까지 20분을 기다려서 겨우 조식을 주문... read more

Very disappointed with our stay. Guests in Room 327 kept smoking on their balcony, and the smell filled my parents’ room (337). We reported it twice, but staff did almost nothing until checkout. The manager was dismissive, citing “policy,” with no apology or care. For a non-smoking luxury property, this was unacceptable. Not the level of service or attentiveness expected from Alila or Hyatt.

5 star rooms and location, 2 star service. Beautiful property with fantastic location; unfortunately, the service has a long way to go in terms of being on par with other luxury properties.
