1） I'll start by saying how shocked I was by the facilities at this hotel. For a hotel that charges over 1000 dollars a night, the fixture for the Portable shower head in my room was broken, forcing me to hold the shower head by hand while showering to take shower. 2） At September 2, I arrived around 9:00 a.m. and left my luggage at the concierge desk. This hotel has a "no-child" policy and very rude front office manager named Sue Cardenas. My wife and I made a reservation for a double queen room and went there with our 2-year-old son. After arrival we approached the front desk and showed our reservation details. A female employee started to check us in and introduce the hotel facilities to us. I had a fantastic stay at Alila Napa Valley. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. My room was beautifully decorated, with a large soaking tub and excellent amenities. I loved the vineyard view and the cozy fire pit — such a peaceful setting. Turndown service was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed a delicious four-course dinner at Violetto, where the service was outstanding. Morgan truly owned the floor and made the evening memorable. The absolute highlight was Spa Alila.
