Dr Jamie helped me stay comfortable during a long pregnancy, and has now helped out our week-old baby as well. He got a tiny, gentle adjustment (it just looked like she was holding her fingers against the back of his neck--no jerky motions or anything else that would make a new mom nervous) and immediately he started reaching his arms out instead of keeping them curled up like a tyrannosaurus. Got adjusted by Jamie all through my second pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I thought my labor was easy with only 6 hours but with current and continuous Chiropractic Care not only did I not get sick one time during my pregnancy but I had such an easy labor of only 3 hours and 4 pushes and an even more amazing recovery! I couldn't believe it! I am so grateful for Dr. Jamie and my adjustments! I am convinced that Aligned for Life chiropractic is what made the experience perfect so easy!
