When I noticed my 3 month old was having trouble nursing on one side, I wasn’t sure if there was anything I could do. A friend recommended Dr. Jamie, and making our first appointment was the best decision I’ve made for my son. After a warm welcoming appointment, she gave him the gentlest adjustment, and he immediately lifted his head and starting moving it in ways we hadn’t seen. I came into Aligned for Life Chiropractic with a hand that I could barely move and a posture/back problems that were out of this world. Within a few months I regained full strength in my hand and my posture/back is doing great. I couldn’t believe how fast things changed with regular adjustments and following Dr. Jamie’s advice. I would 100% recommend Dr. Jamie to anyone, she helped me to get my health back and I’m forever grateful for that.

I gotta admit I was a physical mess at the beginning of the new year. With a lot of will power to go cold turkey on drinking sugary drinks and advice and sessions from Dr Jamie I feel like I am 10-15 years younger. My body doesn’t hurt in pain anymore and I constantly feel more energetic now at 35/36 than I did in my teens. I strongly recommend Aligned for life.
