I was referred to Compass through my last employer. Philip Corcoran was the Health pro who helped me find doctors. However, the doctor was not in the insurance network and I have to pay out of network fees and all the bills that trickled in after the doctor visits. Almost amounted to $1000 and they are still pending. Compass was not able to help resolve this and I am left with the dues. My Health Pro Jacy Manning helped me save approximately $800. My insurance claim was denied but she helped me get my insurance benefits. She kept me updated with the latest status of claim on regular intervals so that was really helpful.
