My son's dentist requested that we consult an orthodontist on some tooth issues he is experiencing. Although we were given the name of an orthodontist, I contacted compass to find out if this was a covered provider. They replied with a detailed assessment of this provider and offered to set an appointment for us. I got an email the next day with appointment information. I have been extremely pleased with both the quality of information and the ease of using this service.

I called this number asking for a list of Dentists in my area and got a list of Emergency clinics on both calls I made. So I assumed there would be a dentist in this clinic. I arrived to the Medexpress clinic and explained that Compass sent me to them to see a Dentist and that I needed a Dentist to examine my mouth, they asked me for 40dlls and then passed me to a nurse who said they had no dentists. That was a waste of time, money and elapse of my pain. Totally worthless service that I'm paying and it is not even cheap.
Compass Health has always provided me and my family with very professional and reliable assistance. Whether it is with help with claims or locating a reputable network provider, Jordan takes the time to answer all of my questions completely, while also delivering updates along the way. Very pleased!
