I have contacted Jeremy on numerous occasions- he has always responded in a timely manner and has always provided necessary info. I so appreciate Jeremy and the Compass benefit the City provides!
After having a routine office call at my Drs. Office. I kept getting billed even after I paid my copay. I went to my HR Dept. 3 times before someone finally said call Kate. I did, and after finally receiving a reply, I had to make a ton of copies off of various websites. Not having a printer handy, mine broke, I just paid it all out of pocket. The only time I used the insurance I paid for in 2016, and I still had to pay for everything. It was easier without Compass.
So far I haven't been impressed with the service.
