NIcholas Lamarre and his team did an exceptional job of helping me get paid on an insurance claim that had been denied. They were persistant and patient. I would use them again and recommend them to my colleagues.

Compass helped my friend who was involved in a motorcycle wreck and had pretty serious bills. There were a couple of wrong items on his hospital bill, and they were not cheap. After learning that his employer's benefits included Compass, he gave them a call. They helped fix the wrong items on the bill and helped him find a rehab place for his busted knee.
We've used Compass on many occasions to price health care, given the constraints of our 6K family deductible. We get the same person every time, Lindsey, and she always responds quickly. We get three referrals to providers who have been screened for cost and quality. I can't imagine navigating a high deduc plan without Compass.
I'm not sure what I would do without Compass PHS! They have saved me sooo much time and frustration. I am so very grateful that our company has their services available to me!!
Compass is a great resource. I had scheduled a colonoscopy with a medical group based on the recommendation from my dr. Didn't give a second thought to the dr that was assigned to me. Then I received an email reminder from Compass that they can help compare costs and dr's. I reached out to them and found out the dr I was scheduled with was not recommended! They provided 3 other great options. Thank goodness! Going forward I will utilize them for every major medical decision.
Charles at Compass was so helpful in providing a recommendation for a practitioner and his response time exceeded the expected turnaround time of 24 hours - he got back to me that afternoon! Thank you, Charles!
