Horrible customer service! I was a resident at the clubhouse apartments in ********** as a UL student. Cannot get the clubhouse or peakmade to respond to ANY of my correspondence regarding my security deposit refund I was promised! Not by phone or email. Neither places ever answer the phone!! You have to leave a message and then they never call back. At this point I feel I am out over $700

This place is absolutely disgusting and the management is even more disgusting and rude. They clearly do not care about their residence at all. My car was stolen from the garage that they advertise as controlled access but they let the door to the garage be broken for months so anyone can walk in. When I told management what happened to my car I wasnt even met with and Im sorry or any sympathy at all.

*********** at 241 in ***** ** is an absolute disaster.I pipe broke around Christmas, and they sent an email alerting residents and asking them to come assess the damage. They said the office would be open for questions on Dec. 26 - nobody ever showed up. So a bunch of people are flooded out of their apartments, and they are not answering emails or helping anybody make insurance claims, find new lodging (etc.). It's an abject disaster don't live here - they are just terrible from a customer support perspective.

Stay away from the Landings @******* **. The management is very dishonest people and will take advantage of students. Once you 'land' here, you'll be screwed. They offer you the stars when they show you the apartment but then you'll see the real truth after signing the contract. After I moved out and they did the final inspection, they charged ME for my roommate's dirty bedroom and bathroom. I try calling and emailing them almost every day ( no joke, my mom did the same too), but we were totally ignored. The only thing I got... read more

I have had a terrible experience with PeakMADE and my leasing apartment **************************. I have had persistent issues which have negatively effect my job, graduate coursework, physical, and mental health. I have attempted to contact PeakMADE on multiple occasions. They have somehow been less helpful that Gateway. I expressed a multitude of concerns with official documents, statements, and images. When we moved my daughter into the dorm, it was FILTHY! We were told someone would be sent to clean the sticky carpet and the dust curtains that were hanging from the vent of the ***** No one EVER arrived. The downstairs neighbor had a loud base and were complained on repeatedly. NOTHING was done. This review is not about the staff at the particular location that I lived at but about the morality, or lack thereof, of this management company in my last semester of university I was traveling 10+hours care-taking a dying family member, I also had lost all financial aid to help pay the rent costs. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have horrible employees, property management, and corporate leadership. Not only is it constantly impossible to speak to anyone who can actually be of assistance, but when you do finally get the opportunity to, they're rude and unhelpful. I've been staying at aquaclub of peak campus for more than 1 month. The issues with which I started living here still persist. Not a single issue has been fixed and they expect us to pay rent on time or charge extra because we're late. But no response from them on the things they want us to fix. If I can get my deposit back. I'll just leave this place and find some better place. Very poor service.
