The front desk and staff were professional and friendly. My wait time was minimal. Alice Carter, APRN was wonderful. She was patient, listened intently to all my concerns and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. I never felt rushed and she made sure all my questions were answered.
Alice was extremely thorough and explained all test results and answered all my questions. I wish all my care-givers were as competent.
