RecommendedGreat service and good value! We had not been there in years. I had the 12 ounce sirloin steak and rice! Overall the experience was a good one.

Very unhappy tonight with my pizza order. They lost me as a customer and I will be spreading the word. Could have easily been rectified but the manager does not have authority to make decisions to keep customers happy. I will not be back and will post on my own Facebook page as well. So disappointed.

After coming to Alibi for nearly 20 years I can say I will NEVER be back. I went in for a nice dinner last night with my girlfriend and had a $30 gift card. My total came to about $22 and was going to put the rest on a tip for my server who was AMAZING! I found out though that if you tip on a gift card it just goes back to the restaurant. What does that mean? The owner gets the tip while the server who actually did the heavy lifting and makes 3 bucks an hour gets NOTHING!!! And how do they tell their servers to handle it?
