This is real pizza. Forget about Jets and don't even think about Little Ceasars and the other chain pizza makers. The freshest ingredients best dough tastiest sauce slightly sweet which is nice and good size toppings. This is deep dish without the deep a meal. This is how I remember pepperoni curling up not flat and when you pick up a slice it weighs a couple pounds. My wife grew up on Alibi and I grew into it.
