Very very poor service at the Alibi take out counter tonight. It took 45 minutes for my order - 1 spaghetti with salad and 1 burger with onion rings. The people at the counter, who’ve apparently been carefully trained to ignore questions from waiting customers, were rude, unhelpful, and pretty much forgot about the missing order after I’d paid. Used to love this place. This is what happened today: Asked for a booth and we were seated at a narrow table that butted up to a leather seat. When we asked the hostess for a regular booth (I saw many unoccupied at 4:45 on a Wednesday) she rudely told us we would have to go back into the lobby and wait. Ordered eggplant parmigiana which comes with a side of spaghetti. It ended up being sliced rounds of eggplant with a topping of mozzarella and mushy wet breading. Pizza was terrible
My family has been coming to this establishment for years and they have the best pizza in Michigan.
Was there last night for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Wow, everything was so good! There is something special about those breadsticks. Our waiter was very nice too- the kids thought he was great. I wish we lived closer, we would go there often.
Best pizza EVER! Just had it for dinner along with their awesome Greek Salad! Yum!
