We used to love this place but the last few times going there the quality and customer service has been on a decline. Today was the final straw. We got there at 4:30 on a Friday night and got seated right away, right next to the server station. We waited there for more than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence. New York steak was PERFECT!
I love the pizza and breadsticks and I’m a frequent customer, I just question how many sanitary rules are broken. I saw two employees stick their hands in the salt bucket multiple times to put on breadsticks served to me and other customers getting takeout. I also got burnt breadsticks and the employee acted like it was ok and not a big deal she said my breadsticks were the best out of the batch that she served to other people. tried to place a carryout order at 9:30 monday evening. some employee said closed! restaurant closes at 10pm not 9:30. sounds like lazy employees to me.
