The hostess was extremely rude!
After coming to Alibi for nearly 20 years I can say I will NEVER be back. I went in for a nice dinner last night with my girlfriend and had a $30 gift card. My total came to about $22 and was going to put the rest on a tip for my server who was AMAZING! I found out though that if you tip on a gift card it just goes back to the restaurant. What does that mean? The owner gets the tip while the server who actually did the heavy lifting and makes 3 bucks an hour gets NOTHING!!! And how do they tell their servers to handle it? Can’t find any better pizza than Alibi pizza
We Love the Alibi. Great service, amazing Antipasto salad, breadsticks like you haven’t had anywhere else with just a bit of saltiness and the best pizza in the area. We get take out frequently and they have the best back of house staff, every person was working their tails off and you could tell the manager kept atmosphere as a positive place to work.
