Loved this Dr. I wasn't expecting a lot as I heard that he was so formal, just the opposite, he's cool and concerned for his patients and he gave me total trust and confidence.
Staff is rude, wait is incredibly long, Doctor rushes and it's very clear he doesn't care about the patients or listening to their concerns. He made my problems worse. Completely baffled by his 5 star reviews, there is no way people can be pleased with this doctor.
Do Not see this doctor!! This office is a complete rip off. In order to ask Namazie a simple question they require you to make an appointment. Basically to ask a question regarding my tinnitus requires an appointment so they can collect money. And I saw the doctor 10 months ago for an exam. I have been a patient for more than 5 years and will no longer see this doctor.
Great Dr. vary through and takes the time to do the job right.
Horrible staff! -Seem to be in a hurry and are not friendly. The Doctor is experienced but doesn't spend enough time explaining patient results, answering questions and addressing concerns.Post procedure requirements and instructions are not given or explained prior to performing procedures resulting in inaccurate results. Procedure was over priced.
Fabulous rapport; great sense of humor; listens to your questions carefully....just a fabulous doc! His staff is very, very friendly, helpful, and experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Namazie -- He's a jewel!!
