I'd like to say that this place is a joke. I bought a used 2013 Cadillac from them on eBay. Flew in to drive it home and the rear differential was bad. Upon my better judgement, I drove the car home assuming that they'd help me out with it. (I'm not asking for the world) They told me "sorry, I see your issue, but I sold you the car for less money that I had in it" I overlooked a bunch of issues with the car, but this one is just unacceptable. Totally unprofessional to not mention MAJOR mechanical issues.
RecommendedPurchased my first Alfa Romeo. Eddie in the Sales Department was outstanding to deal with. He was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our deal. The whole process went smoothly and all paperwork was in order when I picked the car up. If I had to rate Eddie with 10 as outstanding, I would give him a 20. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible dealership. No one wears a mask even when sitting at a desk face to face. Go through the works and the day of they REFUSE to sell you a car if you won’t finance through them. Will never ever ever buy anything from them. Total scam!!!
Avoid this dealership at all costs. First I have dropped my car off twice and picked it up twice and no one wears a mask at this dealership, at least no one I interfaced with and that was 3 different people including the receptionist. I had my 2017 Giulia to them twice for warranty service. The first time they fixed nothing, tried charging me for 2 hours of service to diagnose a loose panel underneath the car and were only interested in selling me over priced tires and it costs me $300 for basically an oil change I could hav... read more
Complete lack of professionalism.
I spoke with Deneen on Friday, I came into the dealership today and purchased my first vehicle! Both Deneen and Scott was so hopefully with excellent customer service!! Any questions I had they were able to answer them. The process was very easy and simple!! Thanks again! 💞
