Went there on a Sat. for one of the "Express Service", no appointment needed oil changes. Was told they couldn't get me in until the following Sat. So much for that bit of false advertising. There are plenty of other VW dealers around. Sorry you had your chance to start a relationship and develop a loyal customer.
