I had my first child here.Aside of one nurse that was so rude, everyone else was amazing! All the staff was attentive, and worried about my needs. Also, their e.r is fast, I've been to other hospitals where I had to wait hourssss, and I don't believe I ever waited more than an hour here. You can also make an appointment online to come in the e.r and makes it so convenient so you almost don't wait at all. Horrible communication here! Was told surgery on Monday get there (had to figure out where to go this isn't our hospital, no greater) get all registered and go to day surgery just to tell us we are not in the system. So surgery is tomorrow and have to wakr back up at 4 AM. 6 months pregnant and a 9 year old that I have to have someone watch all over again. Not happy about this at all!

so disrespectful and they just don't care about the patients.
I was at the Hanover park immediate care with my 2 yr old who was experiencing shallow breathing. They got her in immediately (choosing her over other people in the waiting room) I am so grateful they did because within 15 minutes we were getting rushed to the ER via ambulance. We stayed at the Alexian brothers hospital in Hoffman estates for 4 days with an upper respiratory tract infection.
