My 84 year old father was brought in 25 mins,ago by ambulance due to a fall,and hit his head In a room and not one doctor or nurse in the er has come in the room !!!!! Guess I will just take him home and hope,for the best!!!! Bet they,will not even noticed I left,with him. Once again alexian bros er has run out of pillows. 1 hour 25 mins stuck in a corner room off the beaten path in the er and still have not talked or seen a doctor. They took good care of me. I was there for a month. 29 of those were In cardiac care unit. Nurses and PC. We're the best.
I was admitted last Monday June 14 up to present, Alexian brothers medical center has beautiful, caring and loving staffs, the doctors, nurses, nursing aids and house keeping, I love it, I'm very empress.
I have always gone to St.Alexus for all of my family needs. We stared seeing a doc at Elk Grove who we love.. On Thurs my husband had a procedure with Dr.Yadla. from the surgeon to the inpatient staff on the 3rd and 6th floor. This was the most horrible experience ever. I will never ever return to your facilty even if my life depended on it. I use to brag about how much I loved your facilty now I am just horrified at the thought of ever going back
