There so great but I meet some amazing nurses but one stuck out to me nurse cherry put that iv in I didnt feel a thing she was awesome u can tell she loves what she doing.
The Elk Grove Village hospital is a wonderful hospital. 5 starts. Their ER is great as well. Clean and fast. I love this hospital. The Hoffman location is another story, the hospital (during the day) is fine but the ER is HORRIBLE!!! The wait is too long, the nurses don't care and don't come when you call them even after they tell you they would be there in a minute. One nurse named David in the ER didn't listen to a thing I said and I left there in PAIN. I had questions and he kept telling me that if something was wrong the... read more
Rude staff. These people are inconsiderate and I'd rather drive farther to a better hospital if that meant better treatment. They are inconsiderate, presumptuous and outright mean and rude. I do not recommend this hospital to birthing mothers. My review is concerning labor and delivery and post-partum. ED has been excellent to me and my family.
