Fred was fantastic. No one enjoys the car buying process but Fred made sure to explain everything in detail (a few times) for me. He did not lose patience when I persisted on certain prices and features. He stayed through the entire purchasing process. Even after his shift had ended (3 hours after). I've never had a process go this smoothly for such a grand decision. Thank you Fred for your excellent attention to detail and customer service!
The worse customer services ever People there ignorant me because I complained they did not complete the job I never go there any more for services or buy a car
Car in the shop for a week. Every day a promise to call and update status, every day no call. Bounced around 4 people every single time I try to reach advisor. 30 mins+ wait for a loaner while the loaner was "filled with gas". Car returned dirty. Seriously the worst ever experience.
Horrible. I will NEVER be back. First off- I walk in they take me in and ask me to wait approx two hours.... cool? I know im a walk in and have to wait, I get that and thats not the reason for the one star. However they make me wait two hours just to tell me they dont have the part I needed. After I repeatedly told the service advisor the reason for my visit and what exactly I needed. I dont get get any type of apology or anything, once I am there getting my car they dont know where my key is, and the cashier is clueless as ... read more
