Terrible dealership. Drove 2 hours after talking repeatedly on the phone thinking a deal was moderately done. Deal wasn’t even close when I got there to what we had discussed. Foolishly I went ahead with the deal. After getting home I noticed numerous small scratches on paint job and the brakes started squeaking after a few thousand miles. And it was a new car. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Avoid if at all possible
Gary was super chill and friendly and made everything incredibly easy. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, and I still can believe how smooth and easy the process was!
I had a wonderful experience. The team was very helpful and provided many options, as well as opportunities on saving money and maximizing my resources.
We had a great experience working with Brett (sales associate), Larry (sales manager), and Ene (finance) in purchasing our first VW Golf. We felt that Brett was eager to work with us and our budget. The low tire pressure light came on the day after we took the Golf home, and the service department was helpful in fixing this minor glitch the next day.
Unprofessional, discourteous, poor communication, and no follow through. Instead of being genuinely and sincerely sorry for a ball dropped on their end, they make excuses as opposed to offering solutions.
