DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! Drove 2 hours to come buy a car and got there 20 min before they closed and they told me they were all going home that I would have to come back tomorrow! Was told to go away by their sales manager, came in at 3:45 on a Sunday ready to buy a car. Went to Lindsay VW same day and bought a car.
Walked in at 3:45 today with a car picked out ready to buy with cash in hand. Salesman was kind, but sales manager was very rude, and told us to come back tomorrow morning if I wanted the car. Drove to Lindsay Dulles VW, where I purchased a similar car with excellent service, an extremely friendly team, and they didn't mind at all that I was purchasing a car at the end of the day. Never would I recommend anyone to go to Alexandria VW

The worst customer service I have ever received. Go here if you want to pay $1,600 on top of the advertised price for a certified preowned car with no possible negotiation. If you want to be treated decently and with any semblance of respect, literally go anywhere else and stay as far away from this dumpster fire as you can.
Very poor experience. My brother was in the dealership ready to pay full price from USAA car buying service. The dealer tacked on an additional $800 “certified car fee”. He was told their “hands are tied” about removing this fabricated fee. The whole point of the USAA buying service is transparency and a smooth transaction. This was simply not the case. The staff were rude and unable to work with him. Here is the certificate. Notice it says TOTAL plus tax. Not total plus some made up $800 fee. Dishonest and disrespectful.
Well worth the 2 hour trip for the automobiles they have and their complete transparency. Z (my salesman’s cool name) handled everything and was very professional and courteous. Thank you.
