Tyrone is the man... He listens and gives great customer service.
I have a warranty on my tires and since they don't have my tires in stock, I can't get any service. I asked if they can put another tire that is of equal or lesser value and they said NO. I now have to drive on a doughnut or purchase a new tire. What is the purpose of a warranty if I have to wait 5 days to get service?
The sales staff was all very friendly. Katherine answer all my questions and got me into the right vehicle for my needs!
I recently moved to the DC area and needed to get my GTI in for service. After I dropped my vehicle off the dealership insisted nothing was wrong with my car. I needed my car and it was there for one week. I wouldn't take time to drop my car off and be carless if nothing was wrong with my car. When I picked it up two of the issues that I dropped it off for were present. It was like they never even looked at the car.
I like my 2015 Golf, but Alexandria VW (service manager Alfred) refused to replace a broken iPhone connecting cord under warranty. Guess I will look elsewhere for my next car purchase. They just lost a customer.

I can't believe the horrible service this dealership offers as their best. I must say coming to this country to make a purchase was a huge mistake. I can't believer VW would allow them to carry the name.
