Syed was extremely helpful in helping me buy my first car! First class service!
Fraudulent service experience. Asked for $1300 for repair of engine light. Engine light back on 3 days after leaving shop. Instead of repairing original issue or offering refund, asked for another $1500 to fix the same exact issue I went in for. Manager & owner both dismissive of my disappointment. Addressing the matter now via legal route. Worst car experience of my life.
Good sales and maintenance service. Have used this dealer for more than 10 years. Had excellent service from Sami in our latest VW!
I have to say I was skeptical about making a deal via the internet and social media, (since I'm an anxious and older person), but Sami Salimi at Alexandria Volkswagen erased all that skepticism upon my arrival. Thank you very much for a great buying experience!

Salesman Sami was fast and you can tell he’s been selling cars for a while. We were in and out with the new car under 2.5hours. I think that’s a record for me. I had all my financing done in advance.
Had a wonderful experience with Alexander VW! I had many issues with my previous car and it was not worth fixing so I was in a crunch to get a car. Looked up a used car at the lot and contacted them about it. Sami answered the phone and was great throughout the entire process!
