Thank to the Volkswagen dealership in Alexandria, my car won’t start. I took my car in for a weird noise & after I picked it up, we don’t even have success with jumping it. We even had to jump it in the parking lot, and they told us it was just because they “had the battery out for a few days.” We had horrible service when we had the car in my shop, and they even lost my keys for a day. I had a great experience for a quick same-day oil change for my GTI. My advisor, Jeremy, was quick to greet me and getting my car into service. The drop-off was well coordinated and far easier than the free-for-all I have experienced at other service drives.
