I went to this dental office to have 2 back teeth filled. My BCBS insurance covers certain fillings for back teeth but this office did not put the fillings in my teeth that was covered by BCBS. This office did not get my permission prior to the procedure that they would be placing the much more expensive fillings. I do not recommend this office as they have done the more expensive procedures 2 times. They only want to get as much as they can from the insurance. The doctor was very informative and gentle! I had a wisdom tooth surgically removed and I’m not terrified to return! I’m thankful to God for my new dentist office! Wouldn’t trade it for the world! After visiting Alexandria Family Dental Care today, I’m feeling pretty displeased. To begin, my appointment was moved up an hour and despite the personal inconvenience I arrived on time only to sit in the exam room for over an hour. After the Dr finally arrived to complete a simple filling, the experience sadly ended with another disappointment. RecommendedI was in need of a dentist and Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser was one that several friends recommended...best.decision.ever. This new dentist relationship started with a ROOT CANAL but he and his staff were so kind, down-to-earth, professional, and efficient. I was well cared for and will be highly recommending him to others.
