i highly dont recommend this doctor. my experience is pathetic. we went to this doctor for baby eczema when my baby is 3 months old. He gave us cutivate 0.05 %, blue lotion(his product) and recommend to give oat meal bath.then in my next visit he asked us to continue using cutivate which is a steroid and epiceram.my baby condition become worst than before. we couldnt stop cutivate also. Excellent experience. No waiting (but mine was the 21st appointment of the day), a very pleasant, jocular "bedside manner", diagnosed my skin problem quickly and gave me a bag of free samples of the medication I need to cure it.
I have been going on a monthly basis to Dr. Doctoroff for nearly a year now. He has treated my hirsutism and was very sensitive about this embarassing problem. The monthly laser treatments are not cheap, so he even offered me a discount if insurance wasn't willing to cover the charge (they did approve the cost as my issue is medically warranted). I am very happy with Dr. Doctoroff and his staff and have even recommended him to my sister as she also suffers from hirsutism. Thank you, Dr. Doctoroff!
2nd visit to Doctoroff- 1/2 hr wait to spend 10 minutes with him. He couldnt tell me what was causing my itchy skin, told me to go see a internal medicine doc, then told me i had cystic acne & since it comes and goes, he wasnt going to treat it. Instead he sent me home with a coupon for a Rx for the pink on my cheeks (caused by the cold weather), told me to shower less, and moisturize more. LAST VISIT TO HIM EVER!
I previously went to two dermatologists before seeing Dr. Doctoroff and he was the only one who could disgnose my disease, which was Lichen Plantus. He is a wonderful doctor who tryly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I highly recomment any person to go see him for their dermatological care.
Ok, you will wait at least a half hour, period. On Monday nights, that's their evening hours, maybe up to an hour. That's anywhere you go as well, so deal with it. Is doc's review short and fast, in and out, yes, for the most part. Does he know his stuff, most importantly, yes. Office staff, and the nurses are great. Been going to him for over 6 years. Dr. Doctoroff is wonderful! He helped me with my severe psoriasis. I have also been bringing my kids to him for various problems. Never disappointed! His staff is very friendly. His office is clean and modern. And he more or less runs on time.
I have been Dr. Doctoroff's patient for 7 years. He found skin cancer on my face missed by another dermatologist. Since then he found another one on my back. Dr. Doctoroff is extremely smart and has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is very helpful and nice. Highly recommend!
This Dr. has the worst bed side manner I have ever expeienced. He has no social skills. He barely looked at the problem area on my face before giving me some medicated cream that just irritated my entire face. I waited 2 hours in the office before seeing the Dr.
