the wait time is out of control, i waited over an 1 1/2 to see him, i asked and they said the thats what it is, too rude wouldnt be going back
Waited close to two hours having arrived my appointment on time. Would have been nice if staff or dr acknowledged the wait and offered a kind word. I understand the economics of doctors office and unfortunately waiting is part of the game these days. Overall not satisfied will not come again.
AWFUL! Dr. Doctoroff rushes you (after you wait awhile) and is completely rude. He takes no time in his diagnosis (I had to go to someone else to get a second opinion and didn't even want to ask questions after he was rude answering one of my questions). His one girl PA has such a stuckup attitude. He thinks he is funny but comes across arrogant which is a joke. There are so many other Dermatologists out there I would highly suggest going some other place.
I would not recommend Dr. Doctoroff for children. I have taken both my children to him due to excema and other skin rashes since he is recommended by my pediatrician. In most cases, he prescribes medication that is not appropriate for children (especially infants) and brushes off my concerns and questions. Since I did not feel comfortable with his responses, I took my children to another Dermatologist for a second opinion and I was informed that the medications prescribed should not be used for children.
As most reviews state, long wait in the office (at least an hour past appt.) for a 5 minute visit. Could use more "bedside manner" and not rush through visits. No doubt he knows his stuff though, I just think he forgets the "people" aspect of his job. He's not mean - just in, diagnose and out..
Great doctor. Both me and my husband saw him multiple times. His personality and knowledge is great. He answered all of our questions eventhough we did feel a bit rushed. The office is nice and clean. He gave us samples of the medicine as well. In one instance it was enough so I didn't even have to buy the prescription.
Excellent dermatolodist, very pleasant, capable to diagnose skin problem quickly.
Great physician and office, I have never felt rushed and my questions are completely answered. Dr. Doctoroff is very funny and the entire experience is a pleasure. After seeing Dr. Ackerman and dealing with her unorganized office and staff, this office is sincerely a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
i have seen derms for 25 years and dr droff since he has been in Warren, nj(10 years ago??) -- he is one of the better ones!
