I was very disapointed with the results of my surgery.
Doctor Doctoroff means well but he is consumed with young inexperienced nurses who have no respect for the patients privacy . They think it is ok to open the office window and announce your name and what ever disease you might or might not have. I would give Dr Doctoroff a C in knowledge but a F informational privacy. Everyone there knows your business as they announce it to everyone within the office.
I have seen several dermatologists in NJ and Florida for my sun damage. I have a lot of red pre-cancers on my face. The dermatologists treated me with freezing which was painful and left white scars on my face. I think this treatment was used because it pays a lot. Thank God that I met Dr. Doctoroff! In his office I had several treatments with special light for my sun damage. The results are great, and I have no scarring from this! I am very glad that I finally found an ethical doctor. His office is nice and modern. The staf... read more
Awesome doctor, well-run contemporary office, very organized. The doctor was very patient, knowledgeable, made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!
I called the office 10 minutes prior to my apt. time to make sure I wasn't going to wait again as I have done all the other times. The office said he was "ON TIME" SO I SHOW UP ON TIME ONLY TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES.His staff lied about this , and finally I told them if the doctor doesn't respect my time, I'll find someone else who does. Months later, I call to get an appointment for a check up, and THEY TELL ME to find another doctor-they refused to give me an appointment, BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THERE LYING TO ME.These pe... read more
Visited Dr. Doctoroff for baby’s Atopic dermatitis (Eczema)& he’s the worst. Often waited over 1/2 hour. But what’s upsetting is he’s very impatient answering Qs & also always gives unclear answers, always in a rush, he comes in,shake your hand, brush you off with short answer so you don’t ask more Qs & can’t wait to shake your hand goodbye & rush out the door. He’s more interested in billing your insurance. After 5 visits, my baby’s eczema got worse so I decided to get 2nd opinion from a doc in NY. New doc said medicine that... read more
AWFUL! Dr. Doctoroff rushes you (after you wait awhile) and is completely rude. He takes no time in his diagnosis (I had to go to someone else to get a second opinion and didn't even want to ask questions after he was rude answering one of my questions). His one girl PA has such a stuckup attitude. He thinks he is funny but comes across arrogant which is a joke. There are so many other Dermatologists out there I would highly suggest going some other place.
I would not recommend Dr. Doctoroff for children. I have taken both my children to him due to excema and other skin rashes since he is recommended by my pediatrician. In most cases, he prescribes medication that is not appropriate for children (especially infants) and brushes off my concerns and questions. Since I did not feel comfortable with his responses, I took my children to another Dermatologist for a second opinion and I was informed that the medications prescribed should not be used for children.
Great doctor. Both me and my husband saw him multiple times. His personality and knowledge is great. He answered all of our questions eventhough we did feel a bit rushed. The office is nice and clean. He gave us samples of the medicine as well. In one instance it was enough so I didn't even have to buy the prescription.
