Beware, they charge for soda refills and do not tell you. Food less than stellar and poor wait staff. Very disappointing.
Legitimately had the worst restaurant experience of my life here last week. Asked to speak to a manager and was told our server would be right with us (took her another ten minutes to get our check though) which was great considering we had not seen her since she dropped our drinks 30 minutes before. Emailed at the beginning of the week, and didn't even get a response. Terrible service, awful food, and no one seems to care that our experience was abysmal. Avoid this place at all costs.
Decor and ambiance are great with a great river front view from the patio, but......it stops there. Went for my wife's birthday on a recommendation/review in Syracuse News Paper. After being seated , it took 20 minutes to get menus and give a drink order. News paper review said vegan and vegetarian options. When we asked our server.....we were told there are none. RecommendedAmber and Angie were wonderful in making sure everything was just right for a reception after my moms funeral services. They went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met! The patio on the water was the perfect spot for our family to gather, it was a beautiful day on top of that. The food was good as well and the rest of the staff was great!
Waited to have order taken for almost an hour. The waitress never came over. Couple at table next to us had been waiting over two hours for their food to be served. They kept saying kitchen was behind. We left and went to another restaurant. Beautiful location but place has to get their act together. Will not return and don’t recommend it.
6 stars. ❤️ Today our family gathered after the funeral service for my sister. The staff was so tender, caring and attentive. The food was delicious and nicely presented. They provided for us the perfect spot so we could privately enjoy our family. Thank so much for making our time together an absolutely beautiful experience.
Beautiful atmosphere! The shaved prime rib sandwich is divine!
Food was ok at best. service took longer than one would expect. Server was not very good.
