My husband and I met some friends there so it was a group of 10. The waitress was sweet but not very experienced, said she was there a month so didn’t know what came with the meals (should be required to know the first week) she asked for our drink order and didn’t return for 20 mins with only half the drinks. Ordered our food. Appetizers were quick but main entree took about an hour. Waitress was not very available. Almost like she was avoiding us because it was taking so long instead of checkin on drinks or addressing it. Took another hour to get our checks. Once we got our food she never even came back to see that everything was good. People at our table had to track her down a half an hour later to address any issues. Kitchen was behind us. My husband, myself, and children just recently went up to your restaurant for dinner on a Friday night. The view was beautiful, but unfortunately our service was terrible and so was our food. When we made a complaint at the end about our food when the waitress finally came back, no one from management came to see us. It was incredibly disappointing. The service was super slow. RecommendedOur fourth child had her wedding and rehearsal dinner here. To say it was fabulous is an understatement. Every single detail mattered the them as much as it did to us. I don't have enough words to say how pleased we were. The staff is outstanding, George Jr was outstanding (and I can be a real pain to deal with) and the property is second to none. My husband and I (six years later) still go there for our anniversary every year. Blessed they care so much!
