This was our first time to Alex’s, and we’ll definitely be back! The food was wonderful, but the most amazing part was our server, JACKIE! We will always ask to sit in her area and would highly recommend you do too!!

there was five of us we ordered hamburgers and fries hamburger was raw guy came out drop french fries on the floor pick them up and put them back in the basket try to give them to us pickles we ordered with are hamburgers had hair all over them never will I recommend your restaurant the manager sucks
Great scenery, but terrible service all the way around(from hostess to the management). Was told that it was gonna be a half-hour before being seated. That's not the problem! When it takes over 2 hours to be seated is! Being told excuse after excuse they said they tried to get a hold of us. Which is BS, we sat at the bar the whole time. Spending over $150 in drinks! Being right on the river/harbor is great and the food was delicious and wait staff did ok considering how busy the restaurant was.
We would of never thought to come here but Bill Ali was playing and it was our anniversary, so we decided to ride out and try it! So happy we did! The service, the food, the drinks were great! Such a beautiful restaurant inside and AMAZING on the water outside! We will definitely be back, thank you!!!
