This place is a joke. It’s not as “secure” as they let you believe. The fob key always messed up and when they did the gates would get locked with no way of getting inside the building. The agents in the leasing office are so unprofessional and could care less about you. They never know anything and give wrong information, you will be left with a tough luck experience. Alesio is VERY DECEIVING My apartment have flooded Twice now another disturbing flood in closet. Several units on this property have the same issues. Manager could care less just pushing aside . Feeling discriminated against. There are sooooo many beautiful properties in this area it really would be in your best interest to check those out and the price point isnt that much of a difference .also did i say i just moved in!!!!
Been living here for 2 years and the new management here has turned this place around. The location is nice and the lake view is always a hit among my friends. Can't say anything bad about this place.
8 months into the lease and this is my first apartment after moving out from my parent's house. I leased one of the two bedroom apartments that were remodeled. Alesio's maintenance is quick to fix an issue that I ever had. Jenny Miller, Portia and Luis are wonderful employees that definitely went above and beyond expectations. I've lived here almost 2 years now and I like it a lot here. You can see that your money is going into the apartments, they are always trying to do improvements.
Love the community and area! My view is amazing! Wish we could paddle board or kayak without having to rent them.
