There's one or two maintenance guys that are absolutely out of this world! I had a maintenance guy on Tuesday Park his cart in the only handicap spot in front of the Granada. Why he was in the Granada I pulled in to Park and could not. I use a Walker and had nowhere to pull my car in, so I could get my Walker out! A maintenance guy when in and said I was outside and he needed to move, he came out jumped on the cart and never apologized. He never gave me eye contact or acknowledged me in any way. Moved here 6 months ago after searching all over Irving and surrounding areas for an apartment I liked. This was IT!! I love my lake view, the easy access to walking around the lake, the great location. And the staff has been wonderful.
