I worked with Thomas one year out after I decided to lease an apartment on the property. Thomas was very helpful and active in the process and was ready to accommodate me with the type of apartment I wanted, so when we were within the 60 days to sign a lease he had prepared to show me the rooms that I requested. Very pleased with his ability to pay attention to details and providing excellent customer service in the process.

Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. You can tell all the staff hate their jobs. They are NO help and the worst customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Way over priced. Horrible job keeping the facilities clean. The whole complex constantly smelled like dog poop. Gate to parking Garage was always broken. I could go on and on. The list is never ending. Whatever you do do NOT live here. I hated every minute of Alesio. This place is complete trash. I’ve been out of my apartment for 3 months now... read more
This place is held together by aluminum beam s when somebody jammed you herd througthe whole building ant it starts about nine am and Las tits nice and has great amenities till after lunch I haven’t got to sleep in in a with all hammering
