Alesio has been such a great community to live at. The lake views and character the property has is truly something different compared to other “apartments “. The staff has always been very helpful when I needed assistance. Excited to spend more years with Alesio.

The staff was amazing anytime I had questions or anything they stopped what they were doing to help me! My clicker for the gate wasn’t working and I stopped by and saw Omar and he even ran out there to the gate to make sure the clicker was working , he didn’t have to do that but he did. All the staff is so friendly would highly suggest living here AJ, Abbie , Omar and Barbra are amazing people to work with!
I lived in “the towers” for two years and just moved out of state. These buildings are older (I think around 30 years?) but the units are newly renovated. There’s plenty of parking for residents and guests any time of day. The best amenity by far is being right off Lake Carolyn (where they hold a lot of events) and being walking distance from nearby restaurants. Surprise move out charges, even after you call and confirm with management nothing is owed 60 days after move out. Then to receive a collection notice for 77.55 10 months after you moved out.

TL, DR; - Management egregiously charged us a late rental payment fee, owes us for faulty heating, and has not fixed the parking garage gate which has led to multiple car break-ins. Details below. Issue 1- On March 2, Alesio emails residents that the rent payment is down (see attached picture). The email says check every few hours (who has time for that) but also they would email us again when it is fully functional.
