When I first moved in my room was hardly even clean. The floors were filthy some of the walls weren't painted well and there was paint on the floors. The hallways are also extremely filthy and smell like weed and they have problems with cockroaches. Most of our maintenance requests were marked complete but never actually fulfilled and some of the "fixes" broke within days or weeks of when they came in to do work.
