Excellent service.
Terrible experience. I had a 9:30am appointment and was still waiting at 11am. The staff refused to give me an update and after they moved me to another waiting room at 11am, the nurse refused to speak to me in English or understand that I was there for a consult on a known condition (plantar fasciitis) and kept insisting on x-rays and refusing to acknowledge my request to communicate in English. After over 2 hours, I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and walked out. It's possible
Saw Dr. Pino or the first time, he and his staff are very pleasant and professional. I was worried of what my outcome could be but left with total peace of mind.
