I did schedule an appointment on may 22 and Dr Pino was SURE that I needed a surgery on my left ankle for OCD , I asked if any other solution was available and I was quickly answered that surgery was only option and I was pushed to schedule surgery, I asked for a second opinion to Dr Cristopher Hodgkins and he suggested to try physiotherapy first and simply told me that surgery was not a sure option. Today I am walking fine thanks to Dr Hodgkins. Dr Pino! stay away from him!
Listened to my complaint and questions and very thorough. Office was willing to get me in to see the dr very quickly at the last minute and also did not wait long to see him once there
Overall very pleased with the exceptional care I received ... The communication throughout the entire process made was comforting.. Both doctors were very professional with good bedside mannerism. I had a successful surgery and although I was unfortunate to have acquired a post surgical infection i(it was detected immediately) the outcome was positive. I am in the recovery period now and am seeing improvements weekly... I would highly recommend the practice and Dr. Pino and Dr. Goykman !
