Cool people, impeccable service. Napalm Bunny was delicious.
Brew Master, Dean, made the private tour amazing. Dean, you are absolutely genius. Thank you. Beer is Peace.
After going here many times with satisfaction, this visit was terrible. The bartender/ manager was extremely rude to our group. The servers also appeared to have a bad attitude, even though we were respectful and have loved coming here in the past. The food and beer is fine but the service is extremely disappointing. Won't return.
If there was an option to give ZERO STARS, that would be our choice. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We will NEVER go there again. Servers were RUDE. Service was SLOW. Patrons were DENIED SERVICE both at the bar, and at our table (when ordering food). Servers were DISMISSIVE, and IGNORED US when we were trying to order. We were ACCUSED of bringing in our own alcohol - when it was the root beer that my son had been drinking - and that we had purchased from the bar.
