Always courteous, excellent customer service - very friendly
We had a recall for one of our families cars. Everyone from the customer care consultants that scheduled the appointment to the service writers thru our pickup process was quick and seamless. This was a great experience.
I have been an Alderman's customer since 1997. During this time I have invested in many vehicles for personal and business use. I have always considered Alderman's "the Best of the Best" when it comes to a fair deal and customer service. I moved to Glens Falls, NY and continue to be a patron of Alderman's. They're like family and it's worth the trip.

Avoid the service department at all costs. I've had multiple problems with them. Here is the most recent: I made an appointment to have a recall performed on line on Alderman's website. I included all the info about the vehicle, the recall #, etc. I arrived for the appointment after arranging for time off work (and driving for 50 minutes) to be told the parts hadn't been ordered, and that I shouldn't have used the on line appointment scheduler. How is one supposed to know that? Doesn't anyone screen the on line appointments ... read more
I recently purchased a vehicle here.....The service was so wonderful that I applied for a job....and got it!!!!! Small town feel, Large Dealer Pricing---and superb people. Come experience the Alderman Difference
They have grown into a dealership that no longer cares about the customer. When they were A Chevrolet Dealer only the Customer Relations was un believable. The last 10 or so years customer service has taken a back seat to sales and profits. Ill move on . Its not worth the hassle .
