I went to Alderman’s looking to buy a 2019 Equinox, I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew they had it in the lot. The sales person had us test drive a car. Upon return showed us the service shop and went on about how they are the only dealership with a body shop.. not true. Sat down to speak about finances and you could tell because we are young they could have cared less. It was a joke to them all that a 22 year old was buying a new car. I went in telling them I was going to buy a vehicle. They were insulting in what they said. Wasted our time by showing us their shop. Asked them to look at a different term loan and they said that people aren't responsible enough for that legnth loan. Will never go back. I like Chevy too but after this experience I won't look at them again.
RecommendedAll of the sales staff was great to work with, especially Jeff Dodds. It was nice to walk into a dealership and not be pressured. These folks genuinely want to get you into a vehicle that you’re happy with. I will definitely be a return customer!
